gems.github.com : list published gems and allow removal of old/bad versions
Reported by Glenn Rempe | April 25th, 2008 @ 11:18 AM
Feature request:
You should show a list of what gems were built from a github project that is designated a rubygem project.
This would parse the gems.github.com/yaml index file and display each version that has been built and is being hosted currently by github.
There should be a checkbox allowing for selection of specific older versions and allow the owner of the project to remove old versions (e.g. if a bad version was accidentally pushed).
This would also show that the current gemspec is valid and building gems correctly.

We publish a list now at http://gems.github.com/list.html, but we're going to be rolling out improvements to the gem site in the upcoming months.
