Various github gems have invalid specs

If I do `gem sources -V -u` to verbosely update sources, I'll get several errors while updating the metadata from github. I suggest you try it yourself and figure out what's wrong.

I believe this problem is also why, when I have the gems.github.com source installed, every single command I run triggers a re-indexing of the gemspecs.

We don't recommend adding gems.github.com to your sources anymore, because it appears to cause more problems than it solves.
Unfortunately, we don't currently have a fix yet, but we're aware of the problem.
