Folder kills Paste on Gist

Reported by zerok | July 22nd, 2008 @ 05:02 PM | in 1. Next

When you create a folder with a file in it within a paste, the whole paste becomes inaccessible in the web frontend. Also removing the folder makes the squitten smile once again, but IMO a better solution would be to prevent such a push right from the start (if possible) or perhaps render such folder-structures within the filenames included in the past.

As an example please take a look at http://gist.github.com/852 (and there esp. http://gist.github.com/852/c5ec9... :-)

yeah, we're going to not allow folders in gists - if you need folders, you should probably be creating a github repo. but, I will certainly add a message for that and not just bail :)
