Mouseover on network graph happens during drag

During a drag of the network graph, the mouseover effect still happens. This can lead to some very ugly flickering of the mouseover effect if I grab right between two commits and drag, as it thinks I'm mousing over a commit, then it scrolls the graph and realizes I'm off (or, alternately, I hit one end of the graph and now my mouse is moving over commits while the graph isn't scrolling). The simple fix is to simply ignore the mouseover during a drag.

Agreed. I will disable the mouseover while dragging.
