Git repository inaccessible after account rename
Reported by Andreas Neuhaus | April 19th, 2008 @ 07:37 AM
Defunkt kindly renamed my account to make it contain only lowercase characters. However, now I can't access the Git repository anymore.
$ git push github
ERROR: Permission to zargony/activerecord_symbolize denied to Zargony.
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
It looks like the git shell still uses the account name with an upper case character in it. Additionally, the "Your Plan" box on my account page tells me, that I have used 44K in 0/0 private repos. Looks like there's something still referencing the old account name. Any help appreciated.
