Tag organization in all tags dropdown menu on project main page

We (grockit) will be creating a tag every time our CI build is green and every time we deloy. This will cause many tags to be created.
Our tags will be structured in "directories". For example,
stable/current
stable/timestamp
demo/current
demo/timestamp
staging/current
staging/timestamp
production/current
production/timestamp
I would like to request the all tags menu take directories into account.
We would also like to ignore tags matching a regex.
So in our case, we would set up our tags to show:
stable/current
demo/current
production/current
staging/current
