Folders for organizing repos

I need more organization capabilities as a flat folder for watching and forking is getting too large and untenable.

Perhaps a system of tags or categories for keeping track of everything? My sidebar with list of projects is very, very long!

Tags would be very nice. Not only would it help you organize your list of projects, but also help find stuff of interest. Would be nice, for example, to look up all repos that are rails+plugin+caching or whatever.

Great idea, and some default tags (framweorks and languages) would also be a good point to start from on the home page.
