[Feature request] : Auto TODO, FIXME, BUG summaries

It would be great if GitHub could parse the code it manages and tease out comments in the code that contain tags like TODO, FIXME, BUG, etc. and create a summary page that groups them together as a report. It would provide a link to view the appropriate code and maybe a few lines of pre/post code for context.
This would work something like the TODO plugin in TextMate.
This feature would allow project owners and maintainers to see at a glance remaining issues in the code and spots that need work.
