Specifying a project's license

Yes, this goes further down the SourceForge/RubyForge road, but it would be nice to specify a project's license in order to filter search results or to see at a glance what can or cannot be done with a project.

Also see this ticket #23 - would be great to have a bunch of extra metadata for repos.
