Current branch is only visible in the URL. Please make it visible which branch is selected.

The currently selected branch is shown in the submenu (underneath the "Source Browser" tab). Perhaps this should be made more prominent.

How about a subheadline "Viewing branch foo"? Other pages have a subheading, either marked up as H2 or DIV#path B (as in the Commits view).
Attaching design suggestion.
The download button, which gives a different download depending on current/chosen branch or tag, could then be more logically placed in/after this headline -- similar to the Commits view's feed icon. (Does the download-button issue need its own bug report?)
