We (Pivotal) just paid for a Medium account which include collaborator support. I would like to be able to manage the pivotal account from my account (btakita).

I created a repo under the pivotal account at (http://github.com/pivotal/desert...). Unfortunately, I cannot commit from the btakita account.

I also cannot add the btakita account as a collaborator because the first commit didn't happen yet.

I would like the btakita account to be an "account level" collaborator, so I:

1. can push changes into new repos

2. dont have to add the btakita account to all of the pivotal repos
