The UI is becoming too cluttered (for my taste)
Reported by simon.bohlin (at gmail) | May 21st, 2008 @ 10:36 AM
My first meeting with github was "Whoa, where's all the stuff? Very empty and clean!" and it was a bit scary. Watching my fork of another's repo, it actually starts feeling cluttered.
My use case:
Watching github.com/github, the user clicks 'grit' to find out what it is and comes to grit/tree/master. User reads the description text and looks for homepage URL or git/download actions.
Wishlist:
1. Promote "Description" to display wider and without prepending "Description:". Add vertical space below.
2. Ensure that "Homepage:" is the first to appear after the vertical space.
