pull requests can't be marked read without replying

When I get a pull request, there's no way to "read" the thing besides hitting the reply link and closing the page. The only other way to stop it showing up as unread is to delete it. Regular messages have a link to read more, pull requests should as well.
An alternative would be for clicking on the pull request (or on a message that was short enough to not be truncated) to mark it as read.
