Missing file in gem built from project

One file is missing in gem generated from background-fu project (from this commit: http://github.com/ncr/background...
Missing file is: generators/background/templates/example_worker.rb
It exists in repo, it is properly mentioned in Manifest.txt and it is included in a gem when I build it on my box (gem build background-fu.gemspec).
I am attaching the gem built by github downloaded from: http://gems.github.com/gems/ncr-...

FYI, I'm not ignoring this ticket, I just haven't been able to come up with an answer to why this would have happened. Has this problem continued to happen?

I noticed that missing file only in time of that commit, after that it was ok, no files missing.

I'm gonna mark this as resolved and hope it was just a weird anomaly until it happens again.
