Commit comment notification

It would be nice if I was notified (not necessarily by email, but maybe something similar to facebook notifications) when anyone made a comment about one of my commits, or also commented on a commit that I commented on.

I have always used SVN previously, and GitHub is absolutely amazing. Great work.

Anything. A dedicated news feed or RSS feed or PM or email. Comments get quickly lost in the public news feed.
