Allow uploading of gem files

I'm working on jgarber/redcloth and I'd like to publish the gem on GitHub, but being a ruby C extension that's also cross-compiled for win32 with mingw, I imagine your automated build system won't work for me.
Is there a way I can upload the packaged gem files? This would be a great alternative for people who can't get their gems to build on GitHub.

This is a totally reasonable request, but I can't make any promises that this functionality will be added any time soon.
