Branch source browse and commit history broken

I created two branches and pushed them to Github. It all works fine from command line (pushing, pulling, changing branches, viewing logs etc).
However on Github, the commit history (log) and source browser are not working.
Have a look at

The first is broken, the second is empty.
Issues or unimplemented functions?
