Add generalized search

There's currently a repository search but there's no way to search for a specific user. You'll get a big 'hurrah!' from me if you add some form of Lucene-powered search to help me find my way around.

Lucene...gross. ;-) We're going to add a Sphinx based repo/user search before too long. It's going to be amazing. And I'm working on some styles to put a search bar in the header.

Is this a request for a user search? What would it search, the profile info?

Yeah, or at least the user's full name. I've found it hard to track people down when I don't know their nick.
