Duplicate (two copies) of same repository on home screen
Reported by mrflip | August 21st, 2008 @ 05:21 PM
I have two "permalink_fu" repos listed on my (mrflip) home screen. Both are forks of the same (technoweenie) root.
Don't know if this is related to #711 -- this is dupe repos, not dupe branches tho.

That's odd, I see two repos on our side as well. Since it appears your fork(s) don't have any commits that aren't in techno's repo, could you try deleting the fork(s) and re-forking?

Ooh, interesting. I deleted copy #1; copy #2 persisted.
Then when I clicked on copy #2, I got some hardcore fork on king action -- server just sits and spins, never get to the repo screen.
I ended up just manually visiting the http://github.com/mrflip/permali... URL, which killed the repo; I was then able to re-fork.
So that I guess solves the two-repos thing -- but being able to delete a repo by GET request with no confirmation is kinda scary.

Eep, that's not good at all. I see you've opened #873 for that issue, so I'll close out this one.
