Mystery change of a file

Hi,
There is a scenario we can't explain in our github repo.
It involves this file:
https://github.com/10footwave/10...
Notice that that particular view shows the last author as Louis with a change of Aug. 22.
But up just 1 level in the tree:
https://github.com/10footwave/10...
It says the author is jrayfield with a change of Aug 18.
The correct change is Aug 22 and jrayfield:
https://github.com/10footwave/10...
Louis never checked in this file. In fact... if you go to the commit that is referenced from here:
https://github.com/10footwave/10...
which is this commit:
https://github.com/10footwave/10...
It doesn't show this file as being part of the commit.
So... why this phantom change from Louis (which happens to be to an older version of the file)?

Okey lets see if I can boil this down.
The first link refers to a file in the master branch. You're presented with the commit info for master, but you want the commit info for the last commit that touched the file, correct?
Second issue (forgive me if I'm confused here, you're throwing lots of links at me!) is that the blame from the tree view lists that main.js was last touched by louis and that is incorrect? You point out commit 693f74b as the correct info, but louis touched the file after that in 0aa45a4
Lastly, I don't see any reference to commit dd53cf8 on any of these pages... did I miss something?
