Can't create a new repository - 'There was a problem serving the requested page'

Trying to create a new public repository gives me the 'There was a problem serving the requested page' screen.

This seems to be specific to my account somehow, as I created a new test account and added a new repo without a problem.

My account/username is 'rlivsey' http://github.com/rlivsey

We believe we've found the issue, working on a fix.
