Turn things like require 'dir/somefile.rb' into links.

I am not sure how practical this is, but I was browsing some source that had a bunch of require statements in it. Because of one of the names, I thought it would be leet to just click on the require statement and have github take me to the file.
I dunno. It might be asking for a lot.
